Eligibility for Return or Replacement:

• Products can be returned or replaced only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• To be eligible, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product and provide proof of the issue (e.g., photos and parcel opening video of the damaged item).

Conditions for Return/Replacement:

• The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
• Returns and replacements are only applicable for issues caused by manufacturing defects, or receiving an incorrect product.

Non-Eligible Items:

• We do not accept returns or replacements for products that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery due to misuse, wear, or accidental damage.
• Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged during delivery.

Return Process:

• Upon approval, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds:

• Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund or send a replacement.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7 business days to reflect.
